Bens Creek Group plc (AIM:BEN), the owner of a metallurgical coal mine in
North America supplying the steel industry, announces that its Annual Report
and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2022 and Notice of Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") are being posted to Shareholders today.

 

 

The Annual Report and Accounts and notice of AGM are available to view on the
Company's website at www.benscreek.com.

 

 

The AGM will be held on 27 September 2022 at midday (12pm), at 53 Davies
