Australia's Bentley Capital rises on takeover bid for Keybridge stake

** Bentley Capital Ltd  BEL.AX  rises as much as 13.2% to
A$0.060, in their biggest intraday percentage gain since July 15
    ** Investment co confirms that it intends to accept WAM
Active Ltd's  WAA.AX  takeover bid for all issued shares in fund
manager Keybridge Capital Ltd  KBC.AX  at 6.9 Australian cents

    ** Co adds that it holds 31.7 mln shares in Keybridge
    ** Bentley Capital stock hits its highest since Sept 23
    ** About 94,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average of about 44,000 shares
    ** Stock had fallen 44.2% this year, as of last close
    ** Shares of WAM Active fall as much as 1.9%
