Transaction in own shares
 
The Company announces that on 16 August 2019 it purchased for cancellation 135,000 of its ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") through UBS, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 September 2018.
