Change in Committee Composition

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R, the Company advises that the
following changes in Board Committee composition have been made:

 

·        Sarah Sands, Non-executive Director, has been appointed as a
member of the Audit Committee;

·        Rachel Downey, Non-executive Director, has been appointed as
a member of the Nomination Committee;

·        Sir John Armitt, Non-executive Director, has stepped down as
a member of the Nomination Committee.

 

All the above changes are effective immediately.
