Transaction in own shares

 

The Company announces that on 4 July 2023 it purchased for cancellation 52,882
of its ordinary shares of 5.4141p each ("Shares") through UBS, in accordance
with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General
Meeting on 6 September 2022.

interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure
