Transaction in own shares

 

The Company announces that on 26 October 2023 it purchased for cancellation
53,490 of its ordinary shares of 5.4141p each ("Shares") through UBS, in
accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual
General Meeting on 8 September 2023.

to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
