Transaction in own shares

 

The Company announces that on 16 April 2024 it purchased for cancellation
47,882 of its ordinary shares of 5.4141p each ("Shares") through Barclays, in
accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual
General Meeting on 8 September 2023.

to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's
