Transaction in own shares

 

The Company announces that on 10 February 2025 it purchased for cancellation
35,000 of its ordinary shares of 5.6110477936 pence each ("Shares") through
HSBC Bank plc, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the
Company's Annual General Meeting on 6 September 2024.

to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
