Transaction in own shares

 

The Company announces that on 9 July 2025 it purchased for cancellation 64,860
of its ordinary shares of 5.6110477936 pence each ("Shares") through Barclays
Bank plc, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the
Company's Annual General Meeting on 6 September 2024.
