The Berkeley Group Holdings plc

Transaction in own shares

 

The Company announces that on 20 February 2026 it purchased for cancellation
29,401 of its ordinary shares of 5.6110477936 pence each ("Shares") through
Barclays Bank plc, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at
the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 September 2025.

to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
