Transaction in own shares

 

The Company announces that on 1 April 2026 it purchased for cancellation
55,641 of its ordinary shares of 5.6110477936 pence each ("Shares") through
Barclays Bank plc, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at
the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 September 2025.
