UK homebuilders climb on optimism over US-Iran deal prospects

  ** British homebuilders index .FTNMX402020 rise as much as 4.8%
** Shares in the rate-sensitive UK homebuilders index jumped after US President Donald Trump signaled that a peace deal with Iran could be reached as soon as this weekend
** A deal would lift expectations of a more supportive rate outlook
** Shares of Vistry jump VTYV.L 6.3% to 249.4 p 
** FTSE 100 homebuilders Persimmon PSN.L gains 4.1%, Barratt Redrow BTRW.L rises 3.8%
** Bellway BWY.L climbs 4.2%, Taylor Wimpey TW.L and Berkeley Group Holding BKGH.L up 3.1% and 4.1%, respectively.
** YTD, sub-index has fallen ~30%
