California Resources to merge with Berry Corp in $717 million deal

Sept 15 (Reuters) - U.S. energy company California Resources CRC.N said on Monday it would buy oil producer Berry Corp BRY.O in an all-stock deal, which would value the target at about $717 million, including debt.
