Bertelsmann posts drop in half-year revenue due to Majorel sale
Aug 28 (Reuters) - German media, services and education
conglomerate Bertelsmann reported a revenue of 9 billion euros
($10 billion) for the first half of the year, down 7.5% from the
same period in 2023, affected by the sale of call centre
operator Majorel.
Profit for the first six months of 2024 meanwhile grew 60%
to 416 million euros.
($1 = 0.8977 euros)
