Bertelsmann sells Majorel stake to Teleperformance

Nov 8 (Reuters) - Bertelsmann  BTGGg.F  on Wednesday
completed the sale of its 39.5% stake in staff outsourcing
company Majorel  MAJ.AS  to another personnel firm
Teleperformance  TEPRF.PA , the German media, services, and
education conglomerate said. 
    The deal, first announced in April, valued the entire
company at 3 billion euros ($3.21 billion).
    According to the agreement, Bertelsmann will get around a 4%
stake in Teleperformance. 
    ($1 = 0.9353 euros)
