April 24 (Reuters) - Best SA  BSTP.WA : 
    * Said on Friday that it set a new Italy-based unit BEST 
Capital Italy S.r.l (BEST Capital Italy) 
    * 51 pct of stake of the new unit was acquired by the 
company for 35,700 euros ($38,770)  
    * 42 pct of stake of stake of the new unit was acquired by 
Ravioni, ks. for 29,400 euros and Marcus Capital, ks. acquired 7 
pct of stake in BEST Capital Italy for 4,900 euros 
    * BEST Capital Italy to invest in receivables or assets 
related to receivables
