Feb 1 (Reuters) - Best SA  BSTP.WA : 
    * Resolves to issue up to 400,000 series L2 bonds of the 
nominal value of 100 zlotys ($24.5) each to finance acquisitions 
of new debt portfolios 
    * The 4-year bonds will be issued via a public offer and 
will bear WIBOR 3M interest plus 3.8 margin per annum
