April 8 (Reuters) - Best SA  BSTP.WA : 
    * To issue up to 50.0 million zlotys ($13.3 million) in 
series L3 bonds 
    * To issue via a public offer up to 500,000 series L3 bonds 
of the nominal value of 100 zlotys each 
    * 4-year L3 bonds to bear WIBOR 3M interest plus 3.5 percent 
margin per annum
