Holdings  BBT.AX  rise 9.1% to A$0.36
    ** Co says it will acquire Australian sports and racing
betting company Topsport for A$15 mln ($9.36 mln)
    ** Says acquisition brings it closer to its target of 10% to
15% market share in Australia
    ** Stock earlier rose as much as 10.7%
    ** About 1.6 mln shares change hands, 5x the 30-day average
    * Stock has risen 16.67% YTD, including session's moves
