** Better Home & Finance's BETR.O shares slide 15.4% before the bell to $37.92 after follow-on offering prices

** AI-native mortgage and home equity finance platform early Weds says it sold ~1.9 mln shares for expected gross raise of $60 mln

** Offering price equates to about $32, which is a 28.6% discount to stock's last sale on Tues

** New York City-based firm intends to use net offering proceeds for growth capital and general purposes

** BTIG and Cantor Fitzgerald joint bookrunners

** Co has ~16.4 mln shares outstanding for roughly $740 mln market cap

** Through Tues close, stock had gained ~38% YTD
