** Shares of faux meat products maker Beyond Meat BYND.O down 11% to $0.93 in premarket trading

** Co forecast Q2 revenue below Wall Street estimates

** Expects Q2 rev in $60 mln to $65 mln range, below analysts est. of about $67 mln

** Co cited sluggish demand for its plant-based products, despite having only entered new plant-based categories earlier this year, launching products such as Beyond Immerse protein drinks.

** Co also posts Q1 rev of $58.2 mln was roughly in-line with analyst est. of $58.1 mln

** As of last close, BYND stock up 26.8% YTD
