Notice of AGM

Bezant Resources plc ("Bezant" or the "Company"), the exploration and resource
development company with projects located in Namibia, Botswana, Zambia and
Argentina and an investment in a project in the Philippines announces that its
2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Fladgate LLP, 16 Great
Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG on Wednesday 31 July 2024 at 12:00 p.m.

The Notice of AGM, encompassing a letter from Colin Bird the Company's
Executive Chairman, is being posted today and will shortly be available to
download from the Company's website at www.bezantresources.com
