Notice of AGM

Bezant Resources plc ("Bezant" or the "Company"), the copper gold exploration
and development company with projects located in Namibia and Botswana and an
investment via its shareholding in ASX listed Blackstone Minerals in the
Mankayan Copper Gold Project in the Philippines announces that its 2025 Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at at Druces LLP, Salisbury House, London
Wall, London EC2M 5PS on Friday 25 July 2025 at 10.00 a.m.

The Notice of AGM, encompassing a letter from Colin Bird the Company's
Executive Chairman, is being posted today and will be available to download
from the Company's website at www.bezantresources.com
