The following factors could affect Italian markets on Friday.

    DEFENCE
    France, Germany, Italy and Poland signed a letter of intent
on Thursday to develop ground-launched cruise missiles with a
range beyond 500 km (310 miles), aiming to fill what they say is
a gap in European arsenals exposed by Russia's war in Ukraine.
        
    ECONOMY
    SCOPE rating agency scheduled review of sovereign debt
rating on Italy.
    Bank of Italy releases quarterly 'Economic Bulletin'.
    
    COMPANIES
    STELLANTIS  STLAM.MI  
    Fiat said on Thursday it would sell the fully electric
version of its new Serbian-made Panda model for less than 25,000
euros, while the Italian government renewed calls for the
automaker to boost production in Italy. 
    
    CUCINELLI  BCU.MI  
    The Italian luxury goods group on Thursday posted a 14.7%
increase in first-half revenues at constant currencies, defying
a slowdown in the industry thanks to its focus on the top tier
of the market. 
    
    FINCANTIERI  FCT.MI  
    The Italian state-controlled shipbuilder said on Thursday it
had successfully completed a capital hike, with 99.2% of shares
offered subscribed, amounting to approximately 396 million
euros.
    
    BFF  BFF.MI  
    The bank said on Thursday it had approved a response to
concerns raised by the Bank of Italy in May, which included an
order to suspend dividend and bonus payments due to loan
classification, governance and remuneration issues. 
    
    SARAS  SRS.MI 
        Varas starts mandatory takeover bid on Saras shares;
ends on Aug. 9.

which he will chair in Villa San Giovanni and Reggio Calabria on
July 16-17.
  
    Naples, Industry Minister Adolfo Urso attends inauguration
ceremony of the 'House of Made in Italy' (0800 GMT); followed by
