** Motors and generators maker TD Power Systems  TDPS.NS 
rises 4.5% to 402.95 rupees
    ** Co gets orders worth 1.42 bln rupees ($17 mln) for gas
engine generators from international firms
    ** TDPS did not disclose any further details
    ** More than 939,000 shares traded in stock's busiest
session since Aug-end
    ** YTD, TDPS gains ~56%, while peer BGR Energy Systems
 BGRE.NS  is down ~53%
