March 31 (Reuters) - BH Global Corp Ltd  BHGC.SI  
    * JV company, Gulf Specialty Steel Industries Llc. is in 
breach of certain loan covenants 
    * GSSI is in discussion with its banker to remedy this 
breach and had not received any notice from bank regarding such 
breach as yet 
    * Loan covenants relating to requirement to maintain a debt 
equity ratio and debt service coverage ratio
