India's Bhageria Industries slides to 4-mth low after fatal accident at plant

** Shares of Indian chemical manufacturer Bhageria
Industries Ltd  BHAE.NS  fall as much as 4.9% to 157.60 rupees,
lowest since June 21
    ** BHAE says three people killed and 12 minorly injured
after a vessel broke down at its gamma acid plant in Palghar,
Maharashtra state on Wednesday
    ** Production at gamma acid plant to be affected for 4-5
days, co adds, stating that it is evaluating impact of accident
    ** "accident did not result in any fire or hazardous
emissions" - BHAE
    ** BHAE shares down for fourth-straight session, down most
since Sept. 26
    ** More than 44,000 shares change hands by 0838 GMT, 2.7x
30-day avg of 16,677 shares
    ** Stock down 33% so far this year, up to last close
