** Shares of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd  BHAN.NS 
rise 5.6% to 117.4 rupees, highest since Oct 2021
    ** Specialized engineering thermoplastics maker says state
of Rajasthan gave it environmental clearance to expand its plant
    ** Stock on track to gain for 2nd consecutive week
    ** BHAN trading above 200-day simple moving avg since May 3,
2023 a day after co said it will consider bonus share issue 
    ** More than 1.9 mln shares traded as of 9:51 a.m. IST, 
already higher than last 2 trading sessions
    ** BHAN last up 3%, gained 54.7% in 2023
