India's Bharat Dynamics rises; India expects to sell missiles to Philippines

** Shares of Bharat Dynamics  BARA.NS  climb 3.4% to
1,175.50 rupees
    ** Stock set to snap five-session losing streak
    ** India expects to sell its short-range missiles to
Philippines this year in a deal worth over $200 million, Reuters
reports citing sources
    ** BARA, the manufacturer of the missiles, was one of the
exhibitors at last year's Asian Defense and Security Exhibition
in Manila
    ** Co and India's defence ministry did not immediately
respond to Reuters' requests for comment
    ** Philippine defence spokesperson declined to comment on
deal's specifics or procurement plans but said the country's
armed forces had "manifested it requires these capabilities"
