** Shares of Zen Technologies  ZETE.NS  hit upper circuit,
up 5% at 762.3 rupees 
    ** Stock logs biggest intraday climb since late-Dec
    ** Defense training system maker's Q3 consol profit tripled
    ** Rival Bharat Dynamics'  BARA.NS  Q3 profit rose, sending
shares up, last week; Hindustan Aeronautics  HIAE.NS  and Bharat
Electronics  BAJE.NS  yet to report
    ** ZETE gained ~4% in Dec-qtr, its fourth straight qtrly
gain
