** Co says it won a thermal power project order worth 118 billion rupees ($1.38 billion)
** BHEL among top gainers in Nifty Next 50 index .NN50 (up 0.4%) and Nifty state-run index .NIFTYPSE (up 1%)
** BHEL down 3.8% YTD vs a 6.3% drop in Nifty Next 50 and 0.8% drop in Nifty PSE Index
