** India's Bharat Road Network  BHRN.NS  shares climb as
much as 20 pct to 112.2 rupees, their biggest intraday pct gain
since Feb 7
    ** Co said on Monday its unit got arbitration award of 3.23
bln rupees ($46.59 mln) in arbitration proceedings between unit

    ** More than 91,297 shares change hands, compared to the
30-day moving average of 151,736 shares
    ** Stock hits upper circuit level 
    ** Stock posts its highest since March 13
