** Shares of India's Bharat Seats BSTS.NS jump 8% to 154.28 rupees, their highest intraday pct gain

** The seat manufacturer posts 30.4% y/y rise in December-quarter net profit to 99 million rupees ($1.10 million), revenue from operations jumps 60.5% year-on-year to 4.91 billion rupees

** Trading vols at 502,884 shares, ~7.8x the 30-day-avg vols of 64,203 shares

** Stock down about 17%, YTD
