 * Appointed S. Karthik Sarath Chandra as joint managing director cum CFO of the

1. The Board has appointed Sri S. KISHORE CHANDRA as Managing Director of the Company which is subject to approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. 
 
2. The Board has appointed Sri S. KARTHIK SARATH CHANDRA as Joint Managing Director cum CFO (Chief Executive Officer) of the Company which is subject to approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
