BHP to sell Kambalda nickel concentrator, tenements to Gold Fields Oct 7 (Reuters) - Global miner BHP BHP.AX said on Wednesday it agreed to sell the Kambalda Nickel Concentrator and a package of associated tenements and mineralisation rights in Western Australia to Gold Fields GFIJ.J.
