** Co says U.S. FDA grants "breakthrough therapy" tag for its experimental cancer drug, ficerafusp alfa, which is being tested in combination with Merck’s MRK.N Keytruda

** The breakthrough therapy tag is meant to speed up development and review of drugs to treat a serious condition or unmet medical need

** The combo drug is aimed at people with head and neck cancer that has spread or returned, and is not linked to human papillomavirus

** As of last close, stock up 2% YTD
