** Shares of drug developer Bicycle Therapeutics plc 
 BCYC.O  rise 2.8% to $30.84
    ** The UK based co says U.S. FDA has granted "fast track"
designation for its experimental cancer therapy BT8009
    ** FDA grants the tag for BT8009 as a monotherapy for the
treatment of adult patients with previously treated locally
advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer 
    ** A fast track designation facilitates development and
expedites review of therapies with the potential to treat a
serious condition
    ** Stock gained ~4% last year
