The Nasdaq led gains among Wall Street's main indexes on Wednesday, as a
slightly lower-than-expected increase in inflation last month indicated that the
Federal Reserve's rapid interest rate hikes were yielding result. .N 
    
    At 11:36 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down 0.16% at
33,507.37. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.24% at 4,129.20 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.81% at 12,278.415.
