May 20 (Reuters) - Biesse SpA BSS.MI :
* Said on Thursday it signed a contract for the acquisition
of 100 percent of Uniteam SpA
* The settlement terms for the acquisition are for a cash
investment of 2.1 million euros ($2.35 million)
* The contract also provides an earn-out payment of up to
0.6 million euros, conditional on the achievement of
pre-determined economic targets for the current year
* Uniteam SpA specializes in the design and production of
equipment and systems for processing wood, glass, stone and
composite materials processing equipment and systems
