Feb 28 (Reuters) - Biesse SpA  BSS.MI : 
    * Approves the updated group industrial plan for the 
three-year period 2017-2019 
    * Expects growth in consolidated net revenues with organic 
CAGR - over the three year period - of 10.1 percent and revenues 
of more than 825 million euros ($874.25 million) expected in 
2019 
    * Expects EBITDA showing a three year (2017-2019) CAGR of 
11.6 percent 
    * Says 2016 showed growth in revenues and increased 
profitability 
    * Consolidated revenues for 2016 are estimated to have risen 
by 19.1 percent compared with the previous year up to 618.1 
million euros 
    * For 2016 EBITDA is estimated at 12.3 percent of the net 
sales
