On October 1, 2008, the Company applied to AIM for a block listing entitlement
of 19,099,529 of common shares, which was fully utilised. Subsequently, on
March 7, 2014 the Company applied to AIM for a block listing entitlement of
25,737,660 of common shares, of which 5,899,557 common shares had already been
issued as at the date of this return. Therefore for the period commencing
August 31, 2016, there are 19,838,103 common shares remaining under the block
listing entitlement.

As at August 31, 2016, the total issued share capital of the Company is
261,557,384 common shares, 16,431,435 options, 568,961 restricted share units
and nil warrants outstanding.
