Director / PDMR Shareholding

 

Big Technologies plc, the UK-based, remote people monitoring technology
company, announces that Charles Lewinton, Chief Technology Officer, has sold
41,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a
price of 295.1 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this sale, Mr Lewinton
holds 81,200 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.03
per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
