("Big Technologies" or the "Company")

EBT Share Purchase

The Company was notified on 7 December 2023 by the Trustees of the Company's
Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), that the EBT had purchased 200,000 ordinary
shares of £0.01 pence each in the Company on 6 December 2023 at a price of
£1.92 per share.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company
and its subsidiaries.

 

Following this transaction, a total of 1,837,304 shares representing 0.63 per
cent of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
