** BIGB reaches final settlement in Buddi Litigation

** Co to pay 38.5 million pounds ($1.34 mln) for settlement

** Litigation is related to allegations that 7.9% of Buddi shareholders were misled or forced to sell shares during Buddi's acquisition and were not given opportunity to reinvest in BIGB

** In 2025, stock fell ~44.8%
