 b)  Nature of the transaction                1. On 28 September 2022, Michelle Gibson, Mr Gibson's spouse, purchased 25,627
                                              Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 975.532 pence per
                                              share.  This increases Mr Gibson and his family's beneficial holding to
                                              1,815,320 ordinary shares, representing 0.99% of the issued share capital of
                                              the Company.

                                              2. On 28 September 2022, Mr O'Donnell purchased 2,000 Ordinary Shares in the
                                              Company at an average price of 990.7 pence per share.  This increases Mr
                                              O'Donnell's beneficial holding to 6,000 shares, representing 0.003% of the
                                              issued share capital of the Company.
