                                              options over ordinary shares of 10 pence (the "Options") under the Big Yellow
                                              Deferred Bonus Share Plan 2018.

                                              The Options are exercisable from 21 May 2027 to 20 May 2034, subject to
                                              continuous employment with the Company.

                                              Each of the messrs Vetch, Gibson and Trotman were granted the following
                                              Options:
