 b)  Nature of the transaction                On 19(th) March 2026, Nicholas Vetch sold 54,731 shares in the Company from
                                              his personal holding in the name of Byways Investments Company Limited at an
                                              average price of 913.56 pence per share.

                                              On 20(th) March 2026, Mr Vetch purchased 21,816 shares in the Company into his
                                              personal pension at an average price of 912.00 pence per share.

                                              On 23(rd) March 2026 Mr Vetch purchased 32,915 shares in the Company into his
                                              personal pension at an average price of 846.00 pence per share.

                                              Following this transaction, Mr Vetch and his family's beneficial holding
                                              remains at 6,556,334 ordinary shares, representing 3.33% of the Company's
                                              issued share capital.
