** Q1 closing occupancy, the proportion of storage space rented at the end of June, fell to 76.6% from 79.4% a year earlier
** Says fiscal and budgetary uncertainties could weigh on trading in the coming months
** Stifel cuts PT to 925p from 1,011p
** Stock down about 17% YTD
