India's Bigbloc Construction rise after JV launches India ops

** Shares of Bigbloc Construction  BIGB.NS  rise as much as
7.4% to 239.31 rupees 
    ** Building blocks maker says JV co, in which Bigbloc holds
52% stake, has launched India ops with commercial production of
plant in Gujarat state
    ** Stock trading above 200-day simple moving avg since March
14
    ** More than 260,000 shares traded as of 11:33 a.m. IST, vs
30-day moving avg of 331,449 shares
    ** BIGB last up 6.6%, adding to YTD gains of ~44.9%
