much as 3.17% at 39.7p
    ** Co's Australian unit Skymesh PTY buys satellite ops of
Harbour ISP PTY for total consideration of up to A$5.2 mln ($3.5
mln)
    ** Including session's loss, stock has fallen 44.5% YTD
